Faulty/Damaged Items

Please provide a photo of the faulty/damaged item and we'll either offer a refund, replacement or gift voucher.

Change of Mind

We're confident you will love your new scents but if for any reason you are not satisfied please Contact Us and we can arrange an exchange or refund. You will be resonsible for return postage and postage of the new item. All returned items must be in new, unused condition.
